Ever since he was a kid Stephen knew he wanted to be a doctor. He worked hard to get to the position he wanted. He’s a perfectionist and makes sure everything goes accordingly which is usually his way. He has an extremely low tolerance to idiots and people that don’t take things seriously. His irritable mood is one of the many contributing factors as to why he’s working in an aslyum instead of a high end hospital. Stephen used to work at a hospital in Miami as a head surgeon, but after more than a few disputes with his co-workers and his boss he was fired, but he had potential as a doctor, everyone knew that. Which is why he was sent to the institute to work as their head doctor. Even though he was basically there to monitor the other doctors, it was something for him to do. Stephen hated it at first, not being able to perform any surgeries as no one got seriously injured, but then the whole thing grew on him. There was little to no work to be doen and he loved the idea of having people working under and for him. When he isn’t doing his own work, he is either nagging the other doctors to do theirs or ordering them around.
